Not getting your email?

Updating your subscription

1. Follow the simple instructions for each service provider (listed below) to add us to your safe list.
2. Contact our support team to ensure that you are subscribed to receive our emails.
3. Make sure your complete address is updated

Instructions

• WINDOWS LIVE™ (Hotmail)
• AOL
• YAHOO
• GMAIL
• OUTLOOK

Windows Live (Hotmail)

1. Sign in to your Windows Live email account
2. Click on the 'Options' tab to open the drop down menu.
3. Click on the 'More Options' tab
4. Under 'Junk Mail', click on the 'Safe and Blocked Senders'
5. Click on 'Safe Senders'
6. Enter customercare@promailservice.com
7. Click on the 'add to list' button

AOL

1. Sign into your AOL email account.
2. Click on 'Contacts'
3. Under the 'New' Tab, select 'New Contact'
4. Fill in '24kt Gold Casino' for contact name and enter customercare@promailservice.com in the Email1 field
5. Then click on 'Create'

Yahoo Mail

1. Sign into your Yahoo! email account.
2. Click on the 'Contacts' tab
3. Click on 'Add a new contact' and the action will open the contact form
4. Paste or type customercare@promailservice.com in the 'Email' field.
5. Then click 'Save'

Gmail

1. Sign into your Gmail email account.
2. Open your contacts list by clicking 'Contacts'
3. Click 'Create Contact' to open the 'Add Contact' page:
4. Type '24kt Gold Casino' in the name field and enter customercare@promailservice.com in the email field
5. Click 'Save'

Outlook

1. Sign into your Outlook Account
2. Under the action tab, select junk E-mail, then Junk E-mail options
3. Select the 'Safe Senders' tab
4. Click on 'Add'
5. Enter customercare@promailservice.com and then click 'OK'
